Kristin came to me because we started our journey with horses and coaching about the same time. Through the years, we’ve caught up periodically to talk about our journeys, corporate life, and to share what we’ve learned. As I’ve built up my coaching and equine business, I’ve shared what I’ve learned with Kristin until she let me know she was ready to get started. We talked about what she was ready for in developing her business, how she’d like to get started, and broke the “launch” phase into manageable pieces so it didn’t feel overwhelming.

I continue to support Kristin in her business, helping her to define a growth plan that feels right for her.
